An honorary doctorate in divinity was conferred on the Moderator-designate of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, the Rev John Dixon, last night at the Presbyterian Church and Union Theological College in Belfast. A similar honour was bestowed on the Rev George Grindle, a minister at the Kingham Church for the Deaf.
