Gardaí tonight named a man (37) who was killed in a motorcycle crash in Co Limerick yesterday morning.
Michael O'Connell from Lisnagry, Co Limerick, was killed at Garraun, Lisnagry, at approximately 1.15am. Gardaí believe the crash happened when the man's motorcycle hit a kerb .
He was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
Gardaí have called on anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them at Castleconnell on 061 377105.
