Gardaí have arrested two men as part of their investigation into the murder earlier this year of a doorman in Dublin city centre.

Mr Ronald Draper, a 25-year-old father of one, was gunned down in a gangland-style killing as he worked as a doorman at Charlie P's bar on Eden Quay last June.

It is understood the men were arrested in Dundalk and Dublin; they can be held for up to 72 hours.
