An appeal by Dublin West TD, Liam Lawlor, against a seven-day jail sentence and £5,000 fine imposed by the High Court in July is to be heard in the Supreme Court on November 26th, the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Keane, said yesterday.

The sentence and fine were imposed on Mr Lawlor for failing to obey orders to provide the Flood Tribunal with financial records which it is seeking from him.
