Man (33) assaulted by gang at Dublin bus stop

Victim had phone stolen in violent attack on Usher’s Quay

Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses following a violent assault in Dublin city centre on Friday morning.

The incident occurred at 10.10am at a bus stop on Usher’s Quay, where a 33-year-old man was set upon by a gang of men.

The victim had his phone stolen, and was later treated at St James’ Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
