A man died yesterday after falling more than 200 feet on Carrauntoohil, in Co Kerry.
He had been climbing with a group on the 3,414-feet peak, part of the Macgillcuddy Reeks range.
Kerry Mountain Rescue Team was called to recover the body of the climber, who was 21-years-old and from Co Cork.
Rescue services said weather in the area was deplorable.
