Interactive science exhibits, a 100-seater mobile cinema and an Internet cafe are planned for the 2002 Esat Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, which takes place from January 8th to 12th.

The annual exhibition, now entering its 38th year, displays projects prepared by secondary school pupils aged 12 to 18. Almost 1,300 students took part last year.

Categories include biological and ecological sciences; chemical, physical and mathematical sciences; and social and behavioural sciences.
