Adams to discuss Irish unity
Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams will launch his discussion on Irish unity at Westminster later today.
Mr Adams will meet MPs, Irish community representatives, trade unions and academics.
The event will be chaired by Labour MP Diane Abbott and follows two conferences in the United States earlier this summer on the question.
It will lay out plans for a major conference in London in mid-February, seeking to involve broad sections of society, a Sinn Féin spokesman confirmed.
Sinn Féin Assembly member Michelle Gildernew will also speak at the Grand Committee Room at the House of Commons.
