Gleann Dara is in Screeney on the Manorhamilton-Rossinver Road on the outskirts of Manorhamilton. The site has a number of mature trees and great views over Manorhamilton. The scheme will comprise 50 units when complete. The first 25 are now built and are being sold through DM Auctions, who will be opening a show unit on site this weekend. A number of units sold quietly before the launch.

Fermanagh-based developer Michael Timoney, who was responsible for Screeney Manor (also in the town), is developing Gleann Dara. He will have special offers this weekend to suit individual needs.

The scheme qualifies for rural renewal tax relief meaning buyers can avail of tax breaks on 100 per cent of the purchase price. Owner-occupiers can claim relief on all income, including PAYE, while investors can set all Irish rental income against tax for 10 years.
