Dunshaughlin estate agents Sherry and Associates are taking bookings this weekend for the next stage of a new development beside the Co Meath village. Though show-houses for the three different styles in the Maelduin scheme are not due to be completed until the middle of March, the company has decided to release 65 houses at "pre-launch" prices. Cheapest will be a four-bed semi with 1,300 sq ft and a garage priced at £147,950. There will also be nine four-bedroom detached homes with 1,650 sq ft at £184,950 and 44 four-bedroom semis with 1,560 sq ft at £164,950.
Dunshaughlin has experienced considerable growth in recent years because of its convenience to the city, now within half an hour drive at off-peak times.
