Stepaside for next phase at Belmont from €350,000

New Generation Homes has launched a new phase of its Belmount development in Stepaside which first launched last August. Then the price of the three-bedroom semis started at €335,000 and 60 homes were sold.

The A-rated houses comprise of six different styles of two- and three-storey properties, which are mainly semidetached.

Some of the exteriors are in buff yellow brick and render; others in redbrick; and some are rendered.

All of the houses are in cul-de-sacs. The interiors are by Deirdre Hardiman of Hepburn Designs.

Prices for the three-bedroom semis, which range in size from 100sq m (1,087sq ft) to 104sq m (1,125sq m), have seen a 4 per cent price increase from €335,000 to €350,000.

The four-bedroom detached houses will vary in size from about 134sq m (1,445sq ft) to 161sq m (1740sq ft) and cost from €440,000.

The houses have Dimplex air-source heat pumps, solar panels and high levels of insulation.

When complete there will be about 300 properties in the development.

A GoCar car-sharing initiative is proposed for Belmont residents but it is dependent on 60 people signing up to the service.
