In Sandyford, Lisney fetched £295,000 at auction for The Red Cottage, Kilgobbin Road, a three-bedroom cottage.

In Killiney, a three-bedroom townhouse and two-bedroom apartment at Killiney Hill Plaza, Killiney Village, were withdrawn from auction through Sherry FitzGerald: the townhouse is now on the market at £440,000 while the apartment is for sale at £375,000. In Dalkey, a two-bedroom house at 22 Whites Villas fetched £286,000 through Jackson-Stops.

In Glenageary, 7 Silchester Court, a three-bedroom house, made £325,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.

In Foxrock, Dublin 18, 67 Beech Park Road, a five-bedroom dormer bungalow was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £400,000 by Gunne Residential.

A four-bedroom detached house at 11 St Thomas Mead, Mount Merrion, was sold prior to auction for over £450,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.

Also in Mount Merrion, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 38 Glenabbey Road, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £360,000.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 167 Kimmage Road West, Terenure, Dublin 12, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

Also in Dublin 12, 15 Millgate Drive, Walkinstown, was sold at a Hamilton Osborne King auction for £220,000.

In Rathgar, 23 Highfield Road, a seven-bedroom Victorian house has been sold after auction for £1.45 million by Sherry FitzGerald.

In Rathmines, a four-bed semi at 14 Ormond Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £605,000.

Lisney is seeking £550,000 for 60 Kenilworth Park, Harold's Cross, a five-bedroom Edwardian house, following its withdrawal from auction.

Hamilton Osborne King secured £336,000 at auction for Avalon, a two-bedroom apartment on Claremont Road, Howth.

Also in Howth, a six-bed bungalow on 0.5 acres, Coolatee, on Thormanby Road, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Hamilton Osborne King.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house, Oban, at 620 Howth Road, Raheny, Dublin 5, was sold at auction for £315,000 through GWD.

Hamilton Osborne King fetched £180,000 at auction for 88 Ballybough Road, Dublin 3, a four-bedroom house.

In Glasnevin, Dublin 9, a three-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn at £335,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £350,000.

A four-bedroom detached house, Limenos, Thomas Hand Street, Skerries, Co Dublin, fetched £280,000 through Grimes Auctioneers.

Also in Skerries, 12 Little Strand Street, a three-bed detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £185,000.

Mitchell Quinn is quoting £340,000 for Valetta, a four-bedroom bungalow on Putland Road, Bray, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Avoca, The Tower Gate Lodge, a two-bedroom lodge was sold at auction for £100,000 by Warren Estates.

In Glencree, a two-bedroom cottage on 10 acres, The Tea Rooms Cottage, at Aurora, was withdrawn by Hassett, which is quoting £300,000.

In Kilkenny city, 25.2 acres of land at Talbotsinch and Coolgrange was withdrawn at £2.9 million and sold later for a higher figure through Lisney.

In Co Kildare, Oliver Reilly sold three properties in Clane: Lot 1 comprising a cottage on an acre in the village made £520,000; Lot 2: 7.25 acres also in the village sold for £935,000 and Lot 3: 9.5 acres at Blackhall secured £160,000.

Douglas Newman Good is seeking £160,000 for Shangrila, a two-bedroom semi-detached cottage in Barberstown, Co Kildare, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Co Meath, Bergins secured £640,000 at auction for Gorteen, a four-bedroom house on six acres in Robertstown, Donaghmore.
