Jackson-Stops is beefing up its residential team as well as taking on new staff to handle the sale of development land. Edwin Dempsey, formerly of Lisney, has moved around the corner to Dawson Street, where he'll be expected to bump up the agency's residential profile in the Dublin area. He'll be joined by another newcomer, Nick Crawford. Jackson-Stops also sees that the sale of sites is the way to go, and so they have taken on Michelle McGarry, who previously worked with Foxtons in London.
