A new property company, Glenrye Properties Services, has taken over the management of The Square, in Tallaght, Dublin 24, after acquiring the external management division of Dunloe Ewart. The principals are Dominick Glennane, a former director of Monarch Properties and Dunloe Ewart, who was a shareholder-director of Monarch for over 20 years, and Phil Reilly, a former director of Dunloe Management Services (part of Dunloe Ewart). He has been involved in both development and property management, having worked with Monarch Properties, Durkan International and the Gallagher Group. Glenrye will also handle the management of Nutgrove Shopping Centre, owned by AIB Investment
Managers, and a leisure and retail complex at Malahide Road, Coolock, occupied by UCI, Leisureplex, Power City and Burger King.
