Tomorrow's opening of show apartments at Bradbury Court, on the Lisburn Road, Belfast, marks the final phase of this scheme. Agent Hooke & MacDonald sold all 74 apartments in the first phase within two days last September. The last 10 apartments are now for sale priced from £77,950 sterling. One-bedroom units with 400 sq ft range from £77,950 to £82,950 and two-bedroom homes with 600 sq ft will range from £96,950 to £107,950. Bradbury Place is in south Belfast, within easy walking distance of the city centre and Queen's University.
