LISNEY is quoting £475,000 for a recently developed office and retail investment at Greenhills Business Centre, at Walkinstown Roundabout, Dublin 12. Three shops and three office units are currently producing a rent roll of £55,100. When the remaining shop is occupied, it is expected to bring in an additional £11,000 per annum. The property goes to auction on May 2nd.
