£105,000 paid for shop leasehold in Green centre

Michael Rochford's Fairite Group has paid a premium of £105,000 for the leasehold interest in the Associates shop at the St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre in Dublin 2. It is thought to be the highest price ever paid for a unit in the centre. The Fairite Group, which will now have three shops in Dublin, plans to trade as Tattoo.The company was advised by Palmer McCormack.
