The case between Paris Bakery and Pastry Ltd, the company with a bakery and restaurant on Moore Street in Dublin, and its former accountants, BMOL Partners, was adjourned last week and is to come before the courts again on September 24th.

The accountants have initiated an action in pursuit of a winding-up order saying the company has failed to pay fees BMOL is due.

However, the bakery and restaurant operator says it is disputing the bill.
