Dealz for Nutgrove centre

Discounter Dealz is to pay a rent of around €200,000 for a ground floor store extending to 416sq m (4,477sq ft) at Nutgrove shopping centre in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

The letting effectively creates a second anchor on the east mall where Penneys also trades.

Dealz has signed a 10-year lease on the shop as well as 275sq m (2,960sq ft) of storage space.

Quigleys has joined Starbucks in the foodcourt where it will be paying a headline rent of €60,000 for a unit extending to 52sq m (560sq ft).

Another recent arrival, Take Me Home, a kitchen and home wares retailer, moved into the unit formerly occupied by McKenna Man.

The range of recent lettings mean that the internal mall is now fully occupied with only one external unit currently available.

Bannon and Jones Lang LaSalle are joint letting agents.

Dealz was represented by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald while Freeman Maguire advised Quigleys.
