D15 shops and offices with uplift potential

A partially let retail and office building fronting on to the main street in Blanchardstown village, Dublin 15, goes for sale from today at €1.4 million.

Agents Kelly Walsh is handling the sale of Deanstown House which includes six self-contained retail units at ground-floor level and an large open-plan office overhead extending to 371sq m (4,000 sq ft).
