Allsop Space is seeking €350,000 for two retail units and an office at Barton Road, off the Grange Road in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
The buildings are fully let and producing a rent of €42,550 per annum.
The tenants are Feeney’s fish shop, Nu U Beauty Salon and Tay Lodge Technologies. The original building has been split to create two distinct shop fronts.
Allsop Space is also quoting €300,000 for a modern standalone industrial premises at Virginia Road in Kells, Co at a rent of €38,869 per annum. There are almost 16 years remaining on the lease.
