The Central Bank's outlook for the labour market post-Covid is dismal by any standards: unemployment is expected to remain at elevated levels even after restrictions have been eased and up to 100,000 will have permanently lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic. Eoin Burke-Kennedy reports.
