These ingredients include Omega DHA, Zinc, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C which support normal brain function, cognitive function and mental performance.

Mastermind comes in a convenient daily powdered sachet which can be mixed with approximately 300ml of water or juice and taken on the go. It is recommended to take this supplement daily with food and for a minimum of three months to feel the full effect of the product.

How does it support your brain? Our three hero ingredients working in synergy in Mastermind are Uridine, the Omega-3 fatty acid Omega DHA, and Choline. Firstly, the maintenance of normal brain function and the quality of our brain cells depends on the availability of healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Omega DHA is the most abundant fatty acid in the brain, making up to 40 per cent of its mass. It is an essential fatty acid which cannot be made by the body efficiently, and must be taken into the body through a normal balanced diet or supplementation.

Secondly, Choline is an essential constituent of cell membranes and influences the production of some important neurotransmitters. Lastly, Uridine is one of five nucleosides that are present in our body, and like the other nucleosides, it can be used as a building block for RNA (Ribonucleic Acid). Each sachet of Mastermind contains 350mg of Omega 3 DHA, 250mg of Choline and 300mg of Uridine.
