Centre pairing Cián McNaughton and Andrew Trimble got a try apiece in the second period, while Roscrea outhalf Fergal Lawlor struck three conversions and a fine individual try.
In the final 15 minutes Shane Canavan and Adam Lusk crossed the goal-line for the Possibles, but second row Ross Noonan got over at the corner to seal victory.
Two teams will be announced today to play the Ireland Under 19s and Youths on December 29th in Donnybrook.
