Would you have thought that a building or property could have profound impacts on the Irish economy? Probably not, is the first thought but our nation’s buildings are important vessels that contribute to businesses delivering their products or services to their customers. In turn, thumbs up for the economy. Aside from that, they are the places where people work and develop professionally. They provide leisure, life’s necessities and pleasures, and are impressionable in many ways to those who interact with them.

But, it takes a momentous amount of work and skill to keep them in good shape. New-age innovations, hard work and effective operations contribute towards keeping these buildings in top condition all year round. If only we could acknowledge all of that?

Well, Bunzl Cleaning & Safety Supplies (BCSS) are once again teaming up with Ireland's most established platform for showcasing best-in-class facilities management practice in Ireland, the Facilities Management Awards, 2018. Whether it’s the best in-house FM teams managing top industry projects, most innovative technologies or the best delivered customer service from FM solution providers, the awards ceremony showcases everything that is good about the FM and property management arena. An independent panel of distinguished judges will be awarding 18 trophies on the night with well over 300 senior professionals from leading bluechip and indigenous companies expected to attend.

“BCSS are delighted to work in partnership with Event Strategies as headline sponsor of these prestigious awards in 2018. It is great to recognise and celebrate the vital role of facilities management service providers in our private and public sector infrastructure. BCSS aims to build lasting relationships within the FM industry, pioneering innovation and offering our customers the best possible service, selection, quality and cost in use solutions. We would like to wish all nominees the very best of luck and we look forward to commending the FM industry successes on the January 31, 2018,” says Tom Dalzell, managing director, Bunzl Cleaning & Safety Supplies .
