APOLOGY FOR BLOODY FRIDAY

MARTIN MORAN,

MARTIN MORAN,

Sir, - Is it not strange that an organisation that recognises "no hierarchy of victims" deems it suitable to regret the bloody slaughter of some innocents and not others? Is it not curious that it apologises for the foul murder of the victims while continuing to laud murderers as a heroes and patriots?

If Sinn Féin/IRA thinks this statement negates decades of treachery against the Irish people, or excuses the ruthless terror campaign against our neighbours, it is mistaken. -Yours, etc.,

MARTIN MORAN, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
