A youth was detained following a stabbing incident in Limerick City last night.
The 16-year-old male is being questioned at Roxboro Garda Station under Section Four of the Criminal Justice Act.
Another 16-year-old received stab wounds following an incident in Collins Avenue in Limerick at 12.25 a.m.
The victim is said to be in a stable condition at the Regional Hospital.
