Australia's leading wicket-taker Shane Warne says he is confident he will be selected to tour Sri Lanka in March.

Australia's leading wicket-taker Shane Warne says he is confident he will be selected to tour Sri Lanka in March.

The 34-year-old leg-spinner was banned for a year in February after testing positive for a banned diuretic. His suspension expires on February 10th, 2004.

"There's obviously a lot of things go in it and they'll take two or maybe three spinners to Sri Lanka," Warne said today.

"So I like to think if I'm bowling well and I've presented myself in the best possible way that I'm a chance."

Australia arrive in Sri Lanka on February 14th for a series of five one-day internationals from February 20th to 29th followed by a three-test series starting on March 8th.
