The year so far:
February 15th: Romans Panteleimons (25), originally from Riga in Latvia, was stabbed to death at his rented home at Ardcollum Avenue, Artane.
March 5th: Donna Cleary, a 22-year-old mother of a three-year-old boy, was the innocent victim of a gun attack on a house in which a party was taking place at Adare Green, Coolock
April 24th: Gerard Goulding, from Clarence Street North, in Dublin city centre, was shot dead at a green area near St Donagh's Road in Donaghmede (above).
May 29th: Patrick Harte (42), an associate of one of the biggest drug dealers in the country, died after he was shot in Raheny.
June 2nd: Keith Fitzsimons (23) was killed after two men approached him and two others as they talked in the garden of a house at Millbrook Road, Kilbarrack.
