The sub-committee on the mini-CTC Sigalling Project was established by the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Public Enterprise and Transport. The members of the sub-committee are:

Mr Sean Doherty, FF Longford-Roscommon: The chairman of the sub-committee, Mr Doherty is also a member of the Committee on Public Accounts. First elected to the Dail in 1977, he served as Minister for Justice between March and December 1982, and earlier was Minister of State at the Department of Justice, from 1979 to 1981.

Mr Martin Brady, FF Dublin North East: A former executive officer with Telecom Eireann, Mr Brady was first elected to the Dail in 1997.

Mr Austin Currie, FG Dublin West: A co-founder of the SDLP in 1971, Mr Currie was elected to Stormont in 1964 as nationalist member for East Tyrone. He was a minister in the Northern Ireland Executive from January to May, 1974. First elected to the Dail in 1989, he has served as a Minister of State. He was Fine Gael's candidate in the 1990 Presidential election.

Mr Jim Higgins, FG Mayo: First elected to the Dail in 1987, Mr Higgins is Fine Gael's spokesman on Public Enterprise and Tourism. He has served as a Minister of State.

Mr Noel O'Flynn, FF Cork North Central: First elected to the Dail in 1997, Mr O'Flynn is a company director. He is a member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers and the Society of the Irish Motor Industry.
