Britain - Children are in more danger of being sexually abused by their siblings than by their fathers, a report showed today. The investigation found children were twice as likely to abused by brothers or step-brothers than by their fathers or step-fathers. Published today, the NSPCC survey is the largest UK study into child maltreatment.
