Police today appealed for witnesses after a shot was fired through the front door of a family home in Belfast.
A 12-year-old boy was inside the house in north Belfast along with a man (41) and woman (21) when the incident took place.
None of the occupants of the Scotch quarter property were injured in the attack, which occurred around 9pm on Friday night.
