Sherry FitzGerald has received a buy-out approach from a senior management group headed by Mr Mark FitzGerald and Ms Mari Hurley, the company confirmed today.
The company's three non-executive directors - Mr Donal Chambers, Ms Louise English and Mr Jim Walsh - are considering the approach.
Details of the approach have not been disclosed. Sherry Fitzgerald is due to announce its preliminary results next Thursday when a further statement may be released.
