A Galway man charged with the murder of his uncle at Inverin, Connemara, last year, was remanded in custody for a week when he appeared before Galway District Court yesterday.

Mr Patrick McGreene (28) with addresses at Corrib Park and St Mary's Road, Galway, is charged with the murder of Tom Clisham at Inverin between November 24th and December 4th last year.
