A Dublin firm of solicitors has been appointed receiver over the assets here of Sunday Business Ltd, Business Newspapers (UK) Ltd and Business Newspapers (Holdings) Ltd, Cavendish Square, London.
The London based publishers had brought out Sunday Business for circulation in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland but, following a successful High Court challenge by the Sunday Business Post, Yesterday in the Circuit Civil Court, Mr Seamas O Tuathail, counsel for the Sunday Business Post, said his client, trading as Post Publications Ltd., Merchants Quay, Dublin, was seeking to secure the £10,000 costs of the High Court action.
Judge Kieran O'Connor all pointed Michael Hanahoe and Co receiver over the assets of the London based publishers in this jurisdiction, namely proceeds of sales of Business on Sunday here.
