MOSCOW - Russian Chechen peace talks, scheduled for today, were postponed because of "excessive security demands" by Chechens, Itar-Tass news agency said. Meanwhile three Russian soldiers were killed and 10 others wounded in a clash with guerrillas in Shali, the Moscow Echo agency said.
