Cork Corporation is to consider extending its park'n'ride system following its success during the Christmas period, when over 11,000 commuters left their cars on the outskirts and caught a bus into the city centre.
The scheme, introduced on November 27th and intended to finish on Christmas Eve, has been extended until January 5th to cater for Christmas sales shoppers.
