Anglers have caught more than 300 salmon on the river Moy during the last three days, bringing the total catch to over 9,000 for the summer. Floods have brought in fresh salmon shoals and have attracted large numbers of Continental and North of Ireland anglers to Ballina. The angling season ends on September 30th.
