Gardaí are investigating an incident in north Dublin last night which left a man in hospital with head injuries.
The 29-year-old sustained his injuries after leaving a nightclub on the Clontarf Road at around 3.00am.
He was taken to the Mater Hospital.
Gardaí have not confirmed how the man was injured. They are investigating claims he was assaulted but have not ruled out the possibility he injured himself in a fall.
