A man has been seriously hurt after the microlight aircraft which he was flying crashed in Co Donegal this afternoon.
The incident happened in the Convoy area of the county at around 2pm.
In an operation co-ordinated by Malin Head Coastguard, the man was airlifted to Letterkenny General Hospital.
He is currently being treated and his injuries are described as serious.
