A 50 year old Co Meath man appeared before the Dublin District Court yesterday charged with sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl in Mulhuddart, Co Dublin, last summer. The man is charged with sexually assaulting the girl on August 16th last year. Judge John O'Neill remanded the man on bail of £100 with a condition that he stay away from the injured party. He is to appear again on July 19th.
