Mr Declan Mark Shearing (18), of Bligh's Lane, was charged with the murder of Mr Damien Curran, who was stabbed to death at a bonfire in the Creggan estate last August 16th.

The defendant also faces two charges of unlawful wounding on the same date and two further charges of unlawful wounding on July 4th last year.
