Kevin Maggs will miss the rest of Ireland's Lloyds TSB Six Nations campaign after breaking his arm playing for English club side Bath in their 27-9 defeat at home to Leicester.

Maggs went off soon after half-time and Bath's new director of rugby Michael Foley revealed the extent of the injury.

"He's got a displace fracture in his forearm and I would think he'll be out for eight weeks," said Foley.

"I imagine that means he's out for the rest of the season."
