Families and fishermen from Kilkeel in County Down tonight called on the British Navy to assist the search operation for a fishing boat missing for three days.

Mr Michael Greene (54), his 33-year-old son and 10-year-old grandson, were on a the Tullaghmurray Lasswhen it went missing on Thursday.

Hopes of rescuing the three family members faded yesterday after the official Coastguard search was called off but local boats have continued searching about 5 miles from Kilkeel harbour.
