Stockholm - Mobile phone users in Europe, Japan and the United States may soon have free talking time on mobile phones - as long as both parties are willing to swallow advertising butting into the conversation.
GratisTel International, a Swedish company which has patented its system, said it is negotiating with operators in five countries.
