London - Police in Wales were interrogating four people yesterday after a man was beaten to death in an attack police described as a "dreadful, racist" murder. Indonesian-born Jan Marthin Pasalbessi was battered to death by a group in the grounds of a hospital in Newport, south Wales, after he took his stepdaughter there to be treated for injuries she sustained in an earlier argument with neighbours.
