A man in his 40s has been arrested by gardaí in connection with a fatal shooting in Ballyphehane, Cork, in April.
A 41-year-old man died in the incident which took place in a house on Plunkett Road at about 4.30pm on April 26th.
The man was arrested in the Cork area on Wednesday morning and is being held under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Togher garda station.
