A fresh legal challenge is looming over the British government's go-ahead for an £80 million retail and leisure project on the outskirts of east Belfast.

Lawyers for Belfast Chamber of Trade and Commerce have lodged papers in the High Court seeking leave to apply for a judicial review of the Environment Minister, Mr George Howarth's decision to endorse the Harbour Exchange development, known as "D5."
