Glasgow - British police arrested 37 anti-nuclear protesters during a demonstration at a Royal Navy submarine base yesterday

Glasgow - British police arrested 37 anti-nuclear protesters during a demonstration at a Royal Navy submarine base yesterday. Around 50 campaigners from the Ploughshares 2000 peace group tried to cut their way through security fences surrounding the Faslane site, on the Clyde, near Glasgow. The base is home to Britain's Trident missile submarines.
