More than 30 major acts are set to play venues in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Belfast as part of Arthur’s Day celebration today.
The event is in its third year and is organised by drinks group Diageo.
The main ticketed gigs are sold out. The celebrations will begin officially at 5.59pm or 17.59hrs, reflecting the 1759 date of the lease signing by Arthur Guinness.
